Vision.

Our vision is to develop strong, career-minded youth by offering training, guidance, mentoring, and coaching intended to promote strong mental health and economic advancement. Graduating mentees will offer valuable contributions back to their communities and peers. [101] Prep chooses mentors based on their shared goal and commitment to providing guidance to creative youth, in hopes of combating juvenile depression, delinquency, homelessness, and other negative paths through education and mentorship.

Mission.

Our mission is to help young, creative adults find their passion, talents, and strengths to create opportunities for thriving businesses locally, online, and abroad. Through weekly/monthly training, mentoring sessions, and situational teaching, focused on connecting youth with proven, business-minded entrepreneurs providing systematic guidance and the blueprint to not only discover their talent but also help with education and training requirements to pursue business ventures or create a professional career path relevant to their gifts and talents.

Outcome.

Our desired outcome is for each mentee to discover themselves through dedicated, personal attention from proven community leaders and practical business understanding in order to seek a career path or develop a business based on their passion and talents. We hope our mentees move on in life to encourage other youth to do the same. Our program goes beyond the core curriculum by continuing to develop long-term relationships and partnerships in the communities we serve.
