PHASE IV: CONCLUSION & FINALE SHOWCASE.
The Finale

• Mentees show off their talents, skills, & lessons learned
• Mentors introduce their mentee & give a brief  BIO
• Mentee creates & presents a skit, Q/A, or otherwise ​

​PHASE V: POST WRAP-UP & CONTINUING EDUCATION
The Support System

• Mentees stay connected by referring friends
