Introduction of Founder

Lexia Crawford is a Wife.     Mother.     Boss.     Creator.     Leader.   Writer.     Entrepreneur.     Influencer.   

She enjoys seeing young people discover their God-given gifts and talents, opening doors of creativity and business possibilities. Her life's goal is to encourage and promote as many young creatives as possible to find their passion, clarity of purpose, and individual career path.

Lexia has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005, has owned and operated an online vintage and custom clothing boutique [Bitz n’ Pieces Boutique] since 2006, as well as manages a photography and creative event venue for special events, business workshops, training and more to support local entrepreneurs. She founded [101] Prep, a non-profit organization in 2016 to inspire youth ages 15-25 to go after their dreams and creative aspirations of entrepreneurship through creative mentorships and partnerships. She collaborates with local business owners to help pour into the lives of today’s creative youth to become the creative change we want to see in the world.

Lexia recently launched an online movement [the blonde fro.] to support and help others recover from mental illness, depression, and anxiety. The blonde fro. is a movement for a new generation to help turn loss, challenges, and pain into courage to move forward in life, victoriously;  activating your God-given power.​
